Vehicle Terms and Conditions

The client (“you”, “your”) needs to remove all personal belongings, such as money or other significant items from the vehicle prior to any type of detail. Bubble & Squeak Car Detailing (“we”, “us”) will not accept any liability for loss or damage to personal property, including the vehicle being detailed, the belongings contained inside the vehicle or to the location of the service.

You need to assure that the vehicle is being detailed in a lawful and safe location.

All vehicles are cleaned at your own risk and must be able to withstand normal cleaning processes by high pressure cleaning equipment. You are responsible to advise us of any areas where prior damage might exist–either inside or outside the vehicle–that could be adversely affected.

Detailing Terms and Conditions

We will not accept any responsibility for the vehicle where a pre-existing problem is known or becomes known during or after the detail. You have the responsibility to get these problems repaired before we start any type of detail. If the pre-existing problems are not repaired and worsen during the detail, we will not accept any liability.

 

We will not accept any responsibility for upholstery still wet or condensation in any electrical or related areas of the vehicle.

 

We have sole discretion to determine the liability and validity of any damage that you claim occurred during the detail. This includes things such as–but not limited to–scratches, scuffs, marks, dents, stains or cracked plastic trim.

 

Price and Payment Terms and Conditions

Once the detail has been completed, you are legally bound to pay the agreed price for the service provided. Once the sale has been completed, you will not be entitled to any refund or exchange other then what is required by Australian Consumer Law.

 

If payment cannot be made, we have the right to hold the vehicle until full payment is made, regardless of the legal reason.

 

We reserve the right to amend any price during the detail should it differ from the original Estimate. Our Service List is subject to change without notice.

 

Warranty Terms and Conditions

We offer you a professional service guarantee. After the completion of the job, you must inspect all the work carried out. Any issues that require attention must be brought to our attention before we leave. Any issues brought up after we leave will incur an additional charge based on the problem.

 

You agree to all the above Terms and Conditions set out by Bubble & Squeak Car Detailing for your vehicle upon the any commencement of work, go ahead or payment of an Invoice.
