Where are you located?
We are a fully mobile car detailing service, so we come to you! We carry all our own equipment and we take care to protect your property and the environment.
Do you have a call-out fee?
There is no call-out fee for clients in the greater southern suburbs. Our service area is the south of Adelaide & the greater southern suburbs, including the City of Unley, City of Onkaparinga, City of Holdfast Bay, City of Marion and City of Mitcham.
What are your operating hours? And how can I make a booking?
We operate Monday-Friday 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Please feel free to contact us via email, txt message or better yet use our Book Online feature! Please be aware we may not always be available to answer the phone if we are currently with a client’s vehicle but we encourage you to send a text message and we will get back to you.
How long does a detail take?
Our mobile detailing operation is fully self-contained. From start to finish, a typical detail averages about 2-4 hours, though times vary depending on the size and condition of the car.
Are you fully insured?
We are experienced and fully insured mobile car detailers, so you can be assured we will provide the highest level of care for your vehicle!
What do you need for the detail?
The only thing we require is off-street parking and access to a water connection and a power point within 15m of the where the vehicle will be detailed.
Do you accept credit cards?
We prefer contactless payment. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards and even Amex!
What happens if it's raining?
Will contact you if the weather forecast is not suitable for the booked detail.
My car has a funny odour, can that be fixed?
Yes! Odours are usually from by a spillage of some sort, either from a drink or food which may case stains in your seat and carpet. With our pre-spray antibacterial treatment and our shampoo process, we can remove the most stubborn stains leaving your car smelling fresh - permanently. What is included in a car detail?
Custom Detailing
Our Clients can opt for weekly, fortnightly, or monthly appointments. At each session, we wash your car’s exterior and examine it for any signs of paint deterioration or other issues that can affect your car’s value.
Interior Car Detailing
Customers who select our Full Interior package will not be disappointed with the results. We cleans every nook and cranny in our quest to get things looking (and smelling) shiny and new. All upholstery is vacuumed and shampooed, whilst leather interiors receive a special conditioning treatment.
Exterior Car Detailing
It's more than just a 15 minute wash. We address everything by hand and take our time to get the job done perfect. We also apply a sealant to help protect your car until its next scheduled detailing.
